On July 25, 2024, the latest Quebec Arrima draw issued 1,560 invitations to apply for permanent residency (PR) under the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP). The details of this draw were released by the Minister of Immigration, Francization, and Integration (MIFI) on August 1, 2024.
The draw considered valid Arrima profiles as of July 22, 2024, at 6:25 a.m., with the following criteria:
- Level 7 or higher oral proficiency in French, or its equivalent
