Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued new invitations to apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system.
In the latest round, the department invited 1,000 candidates in a targeted draw for Healthcare and Social Services professionals.

To be eligible for this draw, candidates were required to have:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 476, and
- An Express Entry profile created before 7:44 a.m. UTC on November 26, 2025.

Context of Today’s Draw
Today’s draw is the third draw of December, following:
- The largest CEC draw in 16 months on December 11,
- The largest PNP draw of the year on December 8, and
- A significant French-language proficiency draw on November 28.
This period marks one of the most active phases of ITA issuance by IRCC this year.
To date, IRCC has issued 106,599 ITAs through Express Entry in 2025.

Draws this year have predominantly focused on Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates. Remaining invitations were distributed among:
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
- French-language proficiency candidates
- Priority occupation categories (Healthcare, Social Services, Education, Trade)
